Who Are We, And What Do We Do?
We are Zen-Brain, an independent digital media platform with content related to neuroscience, as well as mental, cognitive and emotional health. We tell stories about neuroscience, how our brain works and how it influences our individual perceptions, behaviour, emotions and physical health. We have also explored certain mental illnesses, by speaking to warriors, caregivers and professionals specialising in them with the intention to normalise conversations that remain undiscussed. We have featured neuroscientists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, researchers and authors.
We have introduced communication-related workshops and will introduce personal development training programmes at our learning centre, Brainery! to enhance specific skills such as building confidence and self esteem, anger management, conflict resolution and relationship management to name a few.
Our Mission And Vision
Our mission is to spread awareness and normalise conversations about neuroscience, as well as mental, cognitive and emotional health and illnesses.
Our vision is to empower individuals to become more self aware and build effective life skills in order to live powerfully.
About Brainery!
Brainery! is a Zen-Brain learning centre where we provide knowledge and tools for self-awareness and personal growth. We do this through learning modules. Go to our ‘Courses’ section to learn more or click here!
Our YouTube Presence
Our YouTube page features personal stories and expert interviews about neuroscience, mental health, and various mental disorders. We cover topics such as discovering patterns in our lives, dealing with grief, and living with depression, addiction, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. We explore how much of mental health is genetic versus influenced by childhood and adolescent environments, including trauma, abuse, PTSD, and growing up in dysfunctional families. Although looking back is important, our focus is on solutions to help us move forward. Our page offers a diverse range of content that prioritises mental, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Join our community and check out our page for informative and inspiring conversations with neuroscientists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, researchers, authors, and individuals from various walks of life.
